At Crown Plaza Hotel, I particularly enjoyed their friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay specially “Abdulaziz”. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The hotel's location was convenient, and the on-site facilities, such as the gym and pool, added to the overall experience. The dining options were excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable, making it a perfect place for both business and leisure travelers. Without a doubt, I rate Crown Plaza Hotel 10 out of 10 for providing an exceptional stay.

Hotel well located next to the Corniche, with a view of the largest fountain in the world, in the Jeddah Bay. Attentive and friendly staff. Great breakfast, with plenty of healthy food options, breads, yogurts, Arabic food, omelets made to order, fresh juice. The room is quiet and even though I booked a king, the size is limited. It has a safe and good Wi-Fi. But the window doesn't open (I asked for a room with an opening but they said that hotels in high-rise buildings are required to have closed windows). The result is stale air, subject to problems with air conditioning dirt and the hotel has a faint but uncomfortable musty smell.

The gym was great and the pool was clean and sun loungers were comfy. They provide towels also. We had a twin room. 2 very large beds. I’d say the rooms were a little small. But they were clean, comfy and house keeping was great! coffee machine and bottled water was left each day Thank You for a great stay.

The receptionist team at all times are friendly, courteous and very helpful. They help you without letting you asking for this and that. This includes as well their accompanying trainees. The rest of the staff is the same, including telephone operators, porters etc. The room was full of amenities. The hotel seems to be recently refurbished. It is also a hotel which is not after milking the least cent out of their guests. Service comes first.
